Mr. Evanko has over 30 years of experience directly interfacing with clients regarding financial, technical specification, design through construction progress, and overall project status. His responsibilities encompass the directive for conformity of all outside contractors to the client's standard guidelines for operating procedures. The job avails the client of a single source of contact for communication and dissemination of corporate communiqué. Presentation of weekly critical path developments, budgetary analysis, design modifications and developments, and summary job proposals are coordinated through the Project Director via the Project Superintendent(s) and the client's designated representative.

Mr. Evanko's previous experience with Foster Wheeler Energy Corporation/ Amerada Hess included the management of a project control staff of a $300 million automated refinery expansion in Venezuela. The job entailed providing scheduling and cost control of all aspects of the refinery development, including the implementation of the Westinghouse TDC-2000 Computer Control Room. Reviews and presentations to the client and own management on a monthly basis on overall financial, engineering, drafting, bid review, procurement, and construction progress.

Professional Experience:

Mr. Tiner has over 30 years of experience in planning and construction of facilities and improvements in a wide range of commercial and industrial projects most recently specializing in data center development. Mr. Tiner has extensive experience in retrofitting, renovating, and upgrading existing operational facilities while maintaining operational functions. Current assignments include coordination and development of owner requirements from concept through construction completion. Mr. Tiner's detailed knowledge of all trades provides valuable input during design development to ensure all field conditions are properly addressed.

Mr. Tiner's experience includes supervision of architects and all engineering disciplines as well as a state-of-the-art REVIT and CADD design/drafting groups. Mr. Tiner's in depth understanding of construction techniques enhances his ability to guide the design team to solutions that are constructable and cost effective. Similarly his knowledge of the technical characteristics and alternatives for high tech/highly reliable infrastructures allows him to translate the uptime requirements of the end user into the language of both manufacturers and trades. His skills allow for timely resolution of field conditions and the corresponding impact to work in progress before a crisis develops.

Mr. Tiner's previous position as Manager of Plant Engineering for Roche Biomedical Laboratories (a subsidiary of Hoffmann-La Roche) further enhances his unique experience in the construction of technical facilities. In that capacity, Mr. Tiner was responsible for the maintenance operations and capital improvement program for the northeast region. The firm's facilities encompassed technical laboratories, clean rooms, data processing and telecomm rooms and support offices.
